Our occupational therapy team offers 1:1 mentorship, including report review and optional office hours, alongside a comprehensive onboarding program for both new graduates and those new to private practice. You will participate in weekly OT team meetings to discuss complex cases, share interventions, and learn from guest speakers. Monthly Lunch & Learns, led by our Director of Education and Learning, cover topics like neuroplasticity, motivational interviewing, and concussion management. An annual staff retreat combines professional development with relaxation. Through our sister company, AMP Healthcare, access to discounted or free continuing education courses is available. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team across clinic, community, and telehealth settings, you will develop personalized therapeutic plans tailored to individual needs. This role is for a dedicated professional committed to genuine connections, effective solutions, and the overall health of our clients.
Requirements
- Qualified to practice Occupational Therapy in British Columbia.
- Member of the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a commitment to mastering skills.
- Profound respect for the complexity of human experience.
- Deep passion for learning and continuous growth and development.
- Openness to exploring new ideas and approaches to service delivery.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.

- Preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in private practice.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients using OT frameworks.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional care and interventions that are evidence-based, psychologically informed, and patient-centered.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Clinical Counselors, and more.
- Collaborate with third-party insurance funders, employers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain related reports, records, and statistical data in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Attend OT community of practice meetings and other educational opportunities.
- Stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
