About The Position

Language Link Therapy is expanding in Ocala and seeking part-time Occupational Therapists to work with children. This role offers a redesigned pediatric therapy model where therapy is provided in locations children already frequent, such as ABA centers, private schools, and preschools. This approach allows clinicians to build consistent caseloads, collaborate with other professionals, and minimize travel time between patients. The position focuses on working with young children, typically ages 2-7, with developmental needs in a collaborative setting that integrates speech therapy with the child's overall care team.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Florida OT license
• Experience with pediatric populations required
• Experience with ASD strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Hold a Florida OT license
• Enjoy working with young children and their families
• Be comfortable collaborating with other disciplines
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers and members of the child's care team
• Be dependable, organized and interested in becoming part of a growing program

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients, primarily ages 2-7.
• Work with children with developmental needs.
• Collaborate with ABA teams, educators, SLPs, and other professionals.
• Develop relationships with families and the professionals involved in each child's care.
• Maintain a consistent daytime schedule with back-to-back sessions.
• Work primarily from established partner locations.
