About The Position

Resolute Rehabilitation at Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Round Rock is a 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit located at 4681 College Park Drive in Round Rock, Texas. It’s designed to help patients recover from serious illness, injury, or surgery—especially those transitioning from intensive care. The unit offers intensive therapy for conditions like stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, neurological disorders, amputation, and other complex conditions. Patients typically receive 15 hours of therapy per week, guided by a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and therapists. The unit is equipped with advanced rehab equipment and designed to support recovery in a focused, patient-centered environment. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) joining the team, you’ll be embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ daily living skills.
• Document treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families on care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
