About The Position

PYG Therapy is seeking compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OT/OTR/OTD/OTR/L/MSOT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. This role is suitable for both experienced pediatric therapists and those looking to transition into home health. The company offers flexible scheduling, strong communication, and dedicated caseload support to ensure therapist success. Requirements

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (OT/OTR/OTD/OTR-L/MSOT)
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
• Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain communication regarding patient updates, progress, and care needs
• Optional supervision opportunities for COTAs
