About The Position

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a pediatric clinic. The role involves making a positive impact on children's motor skills, regulation, and independence. We offer dynamic, child-led treatment environments, real support from clinical leadership, and opportunities to innovate and specialize. Virtual options are also available. We are looking for an OT who is ready to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, work with invested families, and be part of a successful program.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License

Nice To Haves

1-3 years experience preferred, but open to new graduates

Responsibilities

Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and treating a variety of developmental disorders
Timely completion of documentation including daily SOAP notes, progress notes, initial and re-evaluations
Implement evidence based, neurodiversity affirming treatment techniques including sensory-based strategies and a strengths-based approach to improve independence in childhood occupations
Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBA's, psychologists, and other team members to provide a whole child approach
Modify the learning environment to suit patients' skill progressions
Effectively provide parent and family education
Engage in cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for culturally diverse population
