About The Position
Inpatient Occupational Therapist – PRN. Make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As an Inpatient Occupational Therapist, you’ll be a key contributor to a multidisciplinary team, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. From evaluation to discharge planning, your expertise will support recovery and enhance the hospital experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program
- Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
