About The Position

Infinity Rehab is seeking a passionate, driven Occupational Therapist to provide therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. The Occupational Therapist provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Services are provided under physicians’ orders.

The role is based at Sharon Care Center in Centralia, Washington. The center uses a team approach to provide treatment with measurable results, integrating nursing care, therapy, activities, diet, social services, and community resources to support each individual’s function. Experienced therapists and new graduates are welcome; mentorship is available to new graduates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
• State license.
• New graduates are welcome and may receive mentorship.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience as an occupational therapist.

Responsibilities
