Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
About The Position
Pivot Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists across Colorado to provide therapy in home-based and community settings. The role serves clients across the lifespan, including pediatric clients and adults, in the environments that matter most to them: their homes and communities. Caseloads may include pediatrics, adults, or both. For pediatric clients, the therapist focuses on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning to support confidence and participation. For adults, the therapist supports recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve quality of life at home. The position offers autonomy in choosing a caseload and setting a schedule. Full-time is defined as 20 visits per week; there is no minimum visit requirement. An iPad is provided for electronic documentation. Clinical leadership, 24/7 on-call support, mentorship, training, and professional development are available.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care.
