About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families. As a nonprofit organization, BAYADA prioritizes exceptional care and family empowerment. OTs will partner with families using a coaching-based approach, empowering caregivers with tools to support their child's development. Therapy is delivered in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. The role involves using electronic documentation for each visit and completing weekly scheduled visits.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
