Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Mocksville, NC! This role is within a Senior Living setting and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday work. The company emphasizes employee success through personalized orientation and ongoing support, fostering an environment where employees are embraced and can achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 0-1 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Current valid CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
