About The Position

The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Experience meaningful one‑on‑one interactions with patients as you support their progress and see the impact you make firsthand. You’ll also benefit from reasonable productivity expectations within a supportive, team‑oriented environment. A Occupational Therapist II demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and is involved in program development, staff education, student supervision. Open to level 1 therapist as well. Also demonstrates emerging leadership skills and mentors department staff. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
  • WI state license as an Occupational Therapist is required.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
  • Must be proficient at all OT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level, demonstrates optimal customer service performance, and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities.
