About The Position

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work at The Terraces at Los Altos in Los Altos, California. The Terraces is a nonprofit Life Plan Community with a continuum of care that includes a 30-bed skilled nursing setting, memory care, assisted living, and independent living on a 7-acre campus. The campus has a therapy gym, landscaped grounds, a patio, and an outdoor pool. The Occupational Therapist will work alongside therapists across disciplines who are committed to quality care, evidence-based practice, and meaningful outcomes.

The role provides occupational therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other medical conditions. Care is tailored to each patient's abilities and goals. Scheduling options include Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Sunday–Thursday, with 4-, 6-, or 8-hour days. Mentorship is available to new graduates, and free continuing education opportunities are available through CEU360. Clinicians use NetHealth for point-of-service documentation with a laptop or iPad.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
• A state occupational therapy license.
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• One year of occupational therapy experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver treatment that supports independence and participation in daily activities.
• Plan and implement therapy programs under physicians’ orders.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with the care team.
• Supervise and support COTAs in the care of shared patients.
