About The Position

H2 Health Prime Living is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care in a luxury senior living community in Denver. The therapist will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload, including general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, neurologic movement disorders, activities of daily living (ADLs), and cognitive decline. The role involves working independently and as part of a team and making appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.

• Prior experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload on a 1:1 basis.
• Provide care for general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
