Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (BS degree or higher).
• Someone with a positive spirit, strong clinical skills, and a heart for patient care.
• Experience with ADL/IADL assessments and treatment planning.
• Great communicator and team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
• A drive to keep learning and growing in your profession.

Responsibilities

• Empower patients to engage in the activities that make life meaningful—whether that’s cooking, dressing, hobbies, or daily routines.
• Adapt environments and recommend equipment to make tasks easier and safer.
• Teach creative strategies to help patients reach their goals step by step.
• Partner with families and caregivers to provide guidance and encouragement.
• Track progress, celebrate successes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
