About The Position
Powerback is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their mission of improving lives by helping older adults stay active and thrive, and providing essential therapy for children. With over four decades of service, Powerback operates in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care, delivering personalized care where and when it's needed most. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs.
- Develop patient recovery plans.
- Deliver occupational therapy.
- Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
