Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
- Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies that support independence
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and physicians
- Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
