As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver skilled, one‑on‑one therapeutic interventions directly in patients’ homes, helping them regain independence after surgery, injury, or chronic illness. You will assess functional abilities within each patient’s unique home environment and create personalized treatment plans focused on maximizing success with activities of daily living (ADLs). This role is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful patient relationships, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a profound impact where patients feel most comfortable. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates, making now an excellent time to join our team.
