About The Position

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Lake Wylie Therapy & Pediatric Development Center | Lake Wylie, SC Full-Time | No Weekends $80,000–$90,000 per year + Performance Bonuses Location: 381 Charlotte Hwy, Lake Wylie, SC 29710 Are you a Pediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a place where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while continuing to grow professionally? Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to clinical excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • New graduates with pediatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with sensory integration, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, or feeding therapy is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services for pediatric patients
  • Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, emotional regulation, and developmental skills
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers
  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support progress at home
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team collaboration
  • Foster a fun, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment
