Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time
About The Position
HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their therapy team serving two senior living communities in Madison County, Indiana. This full-time position involves providing evaluation and treatment services at both locations, with daily scheduling based on caseload and staffing needs. The primary location in Elwood is an 84-bed community offering diverse clinical experiences, including rehab-to-home, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. The secondary location, a 34-bed care center in Summitville, provides skilled care and short-term rehabilitation. Both communities have therapy gyms with updated equipment. The facilities are approximately 15 minutes apart, and drive time and mileage between locations are compensated.
Requirements
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or qualifications to earn Indiana license.
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
- Passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination.
- Fulfillment of state's requirements for licensure.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
