About The Position

ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for its Florence, South Carolina clinic. The therapist will provide outpatient care in a setting with strong local demand for occupational therapy and collaborate with the clinic’s physical therapists to deliver coordinated patient care. Appointments are 40 minutes, and the schedule is flexible and built around the therapist’s week.

The role includes evaluating and treating patients with upper-extremity, hand, neurological, and functional impairments; developing individualized plans to support daily living, independence, and return to work; and educating patients and families about home programs and adaptive strategies. The therapist may bring a specialty such as hand therapy, neuro, or orthopedics and help develop the clinic’s occupational therapy program as the company grows.

Requirements

• Master's or doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• South Carolina occupational therapy license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient or hand therapy experience.
• Specialty interest or expertise in hand therapy, neuro, upper extremity, or another niche.

Responsibilities
