About The Position

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered occupational therapy services to adults and geriatric patients. The role focuses on improving patients’ independence, mobility, safety, functional outcomes, and quality of life through individualized care in a collaborative clinical environment. Clinicians have the opportunity to follow patient progress over time and exercise clinical autonomy while receiving support from a therapist-driven organization. Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation.
Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
Deliver care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans to patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
