About The Position

St. Mary Medical Center is offering a $10,000 hiring bonus to eligible external candidates who meet all payment conditions for a full-time position. Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the Occupational Therapist Clinician plans and administers treatments for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.

Providence St. Mary Medical Center is a rural community hospital with medical and surgical units, an intensive care unit, a CARF-certified 8-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility, emergency services, and same-day surgery. Its diverse patient population includes people with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs. Therapy professionals help patients make functional progress and improve quality of life in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The posting lists full-time, 40-hour-per-week day-shift work and per-diem/on-call day-shift work. The wage range is $43.64–$67.74.

Requirements

• Education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
