Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our Dynamic Rehab team at Dayspings of Wallace & The Gardens of Rose Hill, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Commmunity located in Wallace & Rose Hill, NC! Setting:Senior Living Schedule: Mon-Fri, No Holidays, No Weekends! Requirements
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
- Current valid CPR certification, preferred
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 0-1 years experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
