About The Position

We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative school district for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position provides the opportunity to support students in both K-3 classrooms and a high school life skills program, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across a variety of age groups. You'll be joining a well-supported therapy team that includes another Occupational Therapist and two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), creating a collaborative environment where clinicians work together to help students succeed. Requirements

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

School-based experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment, and consultation services
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Support students in developing the fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills needed for success in the school environment
