About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation (BSWIR) in Burleson, TX is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support their OT program. This outpatient position focuses on providing exceptional care to patients with oncology and/or orthopedic diagnoses. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with strong communication and organizational skills. BSWIR outpatient positions are managed by Select Medical, offering access to a robust education department and career growth opportunities. The role involves working within the innovative ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program, which aims to improve the quality of life for individuals affected by cancer through personalized rehabilitation plans. The team consists of specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists who collaborate with oncologists. Therapists receive necessary education and training to treat a diverse patient population.

Requirements

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR required
• Outpatient adult orthopedic experience (willing to consider level II fieldwork)
