About The Position
King David Nursing & Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve meaningful functional outcomes through personalized therapy care.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living, cognitive function, upper extremity strength, and safety awareness
- Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support resident independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate care
- Monitor patient progress and maintain compliant clinical documentation
