Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid ODE license
• Previous experience working with students with IEPs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to the academic and personal growth of students with special needs.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work with students through IEP goals related to fine and gross motor skills development.
• Track and document progress on IEP goals and objectives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Offer individualized support to students with IEPs, helping them achieve academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students with special needs.
