Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida.
- Experience in home health or rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with the Convergence Medical Staffing Mobile App.
- Familiarity with online credentialing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
