As the branch continues to expand its OT census and referral volume, there may be future opportunities for additional hours and potential transition to full-time status.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting
- Able and willing to travel throughout the branch service area.
- Seeking a clinician residing within approximately 60 miles of the La Grange branch location
- Patient visits are typically scheduled within approximately 30 miles of the clinician's preferred coverage area
- Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
- Must be able and willing to travel 50%
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
