About The Position

Cole Health is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTR and COTA) to support children through pediatric occupational therapy services in Lumberton, North Carolina. The position offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, collaboration with multiple disciplines, leadership support, and professional development. Clinicians may choose hourly or pay-per-visit compensation, depending on role and arrangement. The role may offer opportunities to grow into mentorship, leadership, or program development.

Scheduling options include start times as early as 7:00 AM and finishing by 6:00 PM, a traditional five-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or a customized schedule. Part-time opportunities are available, with the option to grow to full-time. The organization describes a diverse pediatric caseload and manageable productivity requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
