About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one home health services throughout Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to create your own schedule, build meaningful patient relationships, and help individuals return to the activities that matter most to them.
Requirements
- Active Washington, DC Occupational Therapist license required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily living skills and functional independence
- Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety modifications
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for success at home
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
