About The Position

Austill's Educational Therapy Services, a leading provider of school-based related services in southeastern PA, is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to work with preschool students in specialized autistic support classrooms in Pottstown and Abington, PA, for the summer session (7/6-8/7/2026). Austill's has been providing school-based therapy services for over 40 years and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of students through high-quality educational therapy services. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy educational program.
Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License
Passion for working with children and a clear dedication to helping them maximize their potential
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Exceptional desire to be a collaborative team member, learn, and grow
All clearances must be completed within one year of the start date unless otherwise indicated.

Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy to students from preschool to grade 12.
Consult with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom participation and maximize the student’s potential.
Fulfill documentation requirements, including data collection, progress updates for marking periods, and yearly IEP revisions with updated goals and treatment strategies.
Attend IEP meetings as recommended.
Travel may be required throughout the school day.
