About The Position

Centennial Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their quality of life. The role involves delivering personalized, patient-centered therapy in a collaborative and supportive environment. Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Alaska.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Passion for empowering residents to regain independence and improve their quality of life.
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of care while fostering a compassionate and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals, regain independence, and improve daily living skills.
• Assess residents’ progress and adjust therapy as needed to support optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate and empower residents and their families to support ongoing recovery and active participation in therapy.
