About The Position

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Janesville, WI. We are looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care. This role provides meaningful, functional therapy that helps seniors maintain independence and quality of life within a collaborative, mission-driven interdisciplinary team. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor's, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
