About The Position
Lynwood Nursing & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for its in-house therapy program. The therapist will serve a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions, creating and implementing programs to address those conditions. The facility offers nursing support and an opportunity to help build its therapy program. PRN schedules are also available. Vital Therapy operates a network of more than 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams. The organization emphasizes developing and empowering leaders, providing patients and residents with meaningful experiences, and maintaining a strong commitment to quality of care.
Requirements
- Texas Occupational Therapist license.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients and residents in the in-house therapy program.
- Create and implement programs addressing orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions.
- Contribute to building the facility’s therapy program.
