About The Position

Moreau Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time, onsite Occupational Therapist to work with a diverse clientele in a supportive, energetic environment. The Occupational Therapist conducts patient assessments, develops and implements individualized therapy plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care. The role includes educating patients and families, documenting progress and outcomes, and contributing to team meetings and service improvements.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
Develop tailored therapy plans and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and overall well-being.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive care and patient support.
Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and strategies for daily living.
Document patient progress and outcomes and communicate clearly with the team.
Participate in team meetings and share insights and innovations to help improve services.
