About The Position

Sunnyview is a State-of-the-Art physical rehab hospital located in Schenectady, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for direct patient care, including the evaluation and implementation of programs designed to improve patients' functional independence.
Requirements
- Demonstration of at least entry level professional competency of Occupational Therapy practice, theory, principles and applications
- Bachelors Degree required
- NYS OT license are required
- Must function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques.
- Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency).
- Document accurately, completely, and timely.
