About The Position
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position focused on helping patients improve functional ability in everyday life. You’ll work with individuals who need support with movement, coordination, self-care, and routine tasks, using treatment plans that are practical, goal-driven, and tailored to each patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
- NBCOT certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate functional limitations and patient goals
- Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions that build independence and daily living skills
- Support patients with exercises and activities that improve coordination and function
- Educate family members and caregivers on patient support techniques
- Track progress and revise treatment methods when needed
- Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner
