Requirements

Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on functional independence and quality of life
Help residents improve activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, and safety
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate residents and families on adaptive strategies, safety techniques, and home programs
Document treatment sessions and resident progress accurately and efficiently
