Requirements
- Current Ohio OTR license required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and functional performance
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, strengthening, safety, and adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Support short-term rehab and long-term care residents
