Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or equivalent education/experience
• Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
