Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Valid state license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs
  • Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
  • Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life-changing outcomes for patients
  • Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community
