About The Position
Occupational Therapist, PRN Farmington, New Mexico Type Per Diem Education Bachelor's Cedar Ridge is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Farmington, NM. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Current Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on independence and safety
- Provide occupational-based interventions, including ADL training, adaptive equipment use, and cognitive support
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts
