About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient Program. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, allowing the individual to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff, and will work with higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. New graduates are welcomed.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification
