About The Position

Surge Rehabilitation and Nursing has an opportunity for a Per diem Occupational Therapist. We are primarily looking for OT's with weekday availability. Our Occupational Therapist provides the following: Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.
