Your Role: As an Occupational Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will: Evaluate and treat a mixed caseload of pediatric and adult patients Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional performance Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and progress strategies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs and SLPs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current or eligible Virginia OT license Passion for working with both pediatric and adult populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply Why Join Our Team? Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current or eligible Virginia OT license
  • Passion for working with both pediatric and adult populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
