Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (or be within 6 months of graduation)
- Hold certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Louisiana
