About The Position

This position is for an Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Granite Bay and surrounding areas. FeldCare Connects aims to connect over 2,000 clinicians to patients in their community by contracting with over 900 home health agencies throughout CA, AZ, TX, and FL. By creating these links, they allow home health agencies and hospices to give their patients access to the care they need. The company strives to take the administrative burden off agencies and clinicians, enabling them to get patients treated faster and focus more attention on patients, resulting in better patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current license issued by the state board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy as a Registered Occupational Therapist
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition
• Determine the plan of care
• Complete documentation, often during the visit
