About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Occupational Therapists in the Boca to Boynton areas. As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to plan and direct therapy services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing an initial assessment of the patient to determine home PT needs, developing and implementing a treatment plan for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model. The VNA offers flexible scheduling, independent practice, and a great scheduling team. They provide a variety of clients with different needs, ages, and diagnoses, allowing therapists to provide treatment and care to patients in their homes.
