Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, cognitive deficits, and functional performance limitations. Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program
- Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations assessing ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, and upper extremity function
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide skilled interventions focused on ADL retraining, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and functional restoration
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and PT/SLP teams
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, equipment recommendations, and discharge planning
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
